Contacts become first-class records

Suppliers and people were previously text fields. They are now objects, with their own cards, detail view and attributes.

Any revision can link to contacts through a Contacts tab, and a linked contact opens in the Contacts app rather than dead-ending. The link is a real relationship, so the question “which parts involve this supplier” has an answer.
