Nova learns who you are

Nova, the assistant built into Nexus PLM, has had a significant week. The theme running through it: Nova now knows who is asking.

Identity. Nova takes the signed-in user’s identity from their token, so “what is assigned to me” resolves against the actual account instead of guessing. Group names are resolved too, so it stops reading internal identifiers aloud.

Grounding. Answers are grounded in the records Nova actually retrieved. Ask about a board and it reads that board’s own cards rather than falling back to a generic object search. Whatever it finds now appears in a Found panel, and you can tell it which of those objects you meant.

Knowing when it does not know. If Nova cannot answer a question, it files the question rather than improvising. And when it learns a routing shortcut, that shortcut is judged on whether it actually answered the question — not merely on whether it ran without error.

That last point matters more than it sounds. An assistant that confidently returns the wrong record is worse than one that admits it does not know.
