Programs, work breakdown and a real Gantt

Scheduling went from a list of dates to something you can plan against.

Programs sit above projects for work spanning several of them. Underneath, a work breakdown editor and a Gantt timeline: dependency arrows you can add and delete, and drag-to-reschedule directly on the chart.

Baselines came with it. Capture a plan, apply it, and compare where you are against where you said you would be. A schedule without a baseline cannot tell you that you are late.
